A scuffle broke out between Dharmendra Goita, Warch Chairperson of Janaknandini Rural Municipality-1 and Arbinda Yadav, local resident of the ward, according to the Area Police Office Kajuri.

According to Harendra Rokaya, Police Inspector of Area Police Office Kajuri, the scuffle broke out between them when Arbinda used abusive language against the ward chairperson. Goita said that Arbinda's documents were insufficient and when he refused to work against the law, Arbinda manhandled him. 

In the scuffle broke between the ward chairperson and Arbinda, Arbinda is injured. On the contrary, police arrested Arbinda, not the Ward Chairperson who shed blood beating him, said Arbinda's family.  

Police arrested Arbinda on the basis of a complaint lodged by the Ward Chairperson Goita.
