Locals padlocked Hupsekot Rural Municipality office in eastern Nawalparasi on Thursday after a dispute arose over the construction of suspension bridge connecting wards No 2 and 4 of Hupsekot Rural Municipality. They protested when the construction of the bridge was halted.
