On Monday evening police found the dead body of a 40-year-old woman cut in two pieces in a forest near Arba Sajha Basti of Pokhara-13.
According to Prakash Thapa, Police Inspector of Ward Police Office, Ram Bazaar, the half body was dumped in the ground and the other half was packed in a sack. He said that the incident might have taken place 4/5 days ago. The identity of the deceased is not known yet.
Police informed that the body is kept at Western Regional Hospital, Pokhara for postmortem.
