Man tortured by police admitted to hospital in Lamjung

66-year-old Bel Prashad Gurung of Dudhpokhari Rural Municipality-8 has been admitted to District community hospital in Lamjung after being injured in severe torture at the hands of Area Police Office Bichaur. The victim's daughter Sneh Gurung accused the police of torturing him for four days. Doctor Sharan Limbu, involved in Gurung's treatment said he had sustained blue marks all over his body due to torture.
