Ward Chairmen of Parshuram Municipality, Dadeldhura, have accused Mayor of handing over the responsibility of distributing masks to prevent Covid-19 infection to his party cadres and relatives. They accused the Mayor of going against the circular issued by the Central government requiring all Covid-19 related relief to be distributed through local representatives.
