Police have beaten an employee of a grocery shop in Rajbiraj of Saptari on Saturday evening. According to Ramesh Sah, proprietor of the shop, police beat the employee of the shop while he was packing good orders inside the shop. Police beat the employee with sticks by forcing the open gate of the shop which was closed from inside. Proprietor Sah stated that police beat the employee although he was wearing the ID issued by District Administration Office and FNCCI. He also stated that he had started home delivery of goods ordered online through the permission of the DAO.
