Police have arrested 5 persons from Kanchanpur on the charge of manhandling and attempting rape on two girls. According to police, police arrested 5 persons Belauri Municipality-9 after the girls from Beuauri Municipality-8 filed a complaint against them accusing them of trying to rape them on April 13 while they were returning home from the field. The arrested have been identified as Santosh Air, Karan Air, Surendra Air, Janak Bista and Prem Chand.
