Locals have staged a protest against Ward Chairman Mosahar Alam of Jingadia in Garuda Municipality Ward No-8 of Rautahat for his arbitrary actions.
Locals have been agitating since yesterday, accusing Ward Chairperson Alam of looting the development money and managing the ward budget in an arbitrary manner.
