Police baton-charges man while going out to fetch milk for child in Janakpurdham

Police have baton-charged Kalyan Kumar Karna, a resident of Janakpurdham Sub-metropolitan City-2 Shivachowk while he had gone to fetch milk for his son. Police made him lie on the road at Kadamchowk and beat him with a baton saying he broke the lockdown. The incident became public after he revealed it over Facebook live. He sustained blue marks all over his body in the beating.
