Police assaulted Prem Limbu of Shanischare Municipality-7 on April 20 for allegedly showing an inappropriate gesture to the police. Limbu showed a vulgar sign to the policemen when they stopped him for not wearing a helmet whilst riding a motorbike. He did not stop but rather showed a vulgar sign while trying to flee. The video of policemen's beating of Rai has been viral in social media.
