Gorkha Police, on April 20, arrested 26-year-old Ram Sharan Sirmal of Gorkha Municipality-7 on the charge of raping a 16-year-old on April 15 by giving her the promise of marriage. The accused was arrested based on the complaint made by the victim's father.
