Locals of Pancheshwor Rural Municipality-4 complained that the ward office is being discriminative in relief distribution. They also accused the ward office of distributing relief materials to well-off people. Acting Ward Chairman of Ward No. 4 Shyam Chand said that the locals complained despite getting the relief.
