The poor families of Shambhunath Municipality-7, Saptari boycotted the local level relief stating that relief was distributed to the rich.
The Musahar community of Shambhunath has boycotted the relief distribution in Shambhunath Municipality-7 saying that they have taken away the share of the poor by providing relief to the rich farmers and former government employees.
