7 persons were injured during a clash between a group of ward chairperson Umesh Kumar Yadav and opposite side on April 22. The groups clashed over a dispute about relief distribution for those affected by the lockdown in ward no. 8 of Dakneshwori Municipality, Saptari.
The clash on April 22 is a continuation of of the conflict that emerged when the group of 200 people manhandled ward no.8 chairperson Umesh Kumar Yadav and social mobilizer Shiva Shankar Meheta accusing discrimination against them in relief distribution on April 20.
