52-year-old Ratna Maya Timilsina resident of Belka-4 Rampur of Udayapur, who had a problem in her stomach, had come to Biratnagar for the treatment on Sunday morning. She was taken to Birat Nursing Home for treatment but was turned away from the hospital gate without any treatment after she mentioned her address as Udayapur. After nursing home rejected her admission, she was taken to Koshi Hospital.
According to the patient's son, Umesh they were prevented from entering the hospital after they mentioned that they have come from Udayapur.
