Two arrested for black marketing fertilizers

Police have arrested two persons from Bishrampur Rural Municipalityy-2, Bara on the charge of black marketing chemical fertilizers.
Proprietor of the Ma Gayatri Chemical Private Limited Mahendra Shah Teli and 28 years old tractor driver 28 years old Ram Babu Pandit were arrested on Friday. Police also seized 50 sacks of Urea fertilizer, 30 sacks of DAP fertilizer and 10 sacks of sulfate , 2 bills and photocopy of registration paper of Ma Gayatri chemical fertilizer pvt.ltd from the tractor.
Legal action has been initiated against the duo as per the Black Marketing (Control) Act, 2032.
