Police have arrested Ram Bahadur Tamang (35) of Helambu Rural Municipality-7 on 30 April in accusation of killing his wife Asmita Tamag (30).
She was killed brutally on 30 April with some domestic equipment used to tie cattle.
The accused is under the custody of Area Police Office, Melamchi for further investigation, informed DSP Dipak Kafle of District Police Office.
According to DSP Kafle, the incident is being investigated by the Area Police Office, Melamchi. Post mortem of the demised was conducted at the Primary Health Centre of Melamchi on 30 April 2020.
