Man arrested on charge of assaulting woman in Bardiya

On Wednesday afternoon, police arrested 21-year-old Prakash Tharu of Barbardiya Municipality-1on the charge of assaulting and beating a woman. Police arrested the accused after receiving information that the man, who entered the house intending to rape her while she was sleeping in her house, had assaulted her. Police are conducting further investigation.
