Nobel Medical College of Biratnagar denied the treatment of a patient on Friday just because the patient is from Udayapur.
The hospital expelled 16-year-old Bhim Bahadur Khatri of Triyuga Municipality-6, Udhyapur, who was admitted for operation on his hand.
According to Bhim, the doctor expelled from the operation theatre him after asking him his address.
Dr Prakash Sitaula explained that they did not take the risk of operating on him after knowing he came from the epicentre of coronavirus.
