Locals of Ward 15 in Biratnagar Metropolitan City have been agitated citing that they were not provided the second round of relief by the office. The Metropolitan City had distributed 12 kilos of rice, edible oil, potato as relief during lockdown in the first phase. The locals picketed the ward office and later blocked the road leading to Rani customs office on Wednesday after the office declared that it would not be able to distribute relief immediately.
