Shops in Tulsipur selling essential goods are closed since Saturday after police charged baton on shopkeepers who had opened their shops after coordinating with municipality and police administration.
During the lockdown, the shops selling essential goods are allowed to open till 9 am. However, the shopkeepers have accused police of obstructing the business.
