Police arrested 25-year-old Sonam Dhingal of Madhya Nepal Municipality-6 on Tuesday on the charge of raping a teenage girl.
Dhingal allegedly raped a girl on Sunday, May 10. Police arrested Dhingal on Tuesday from Damauli.
