Consumers of Kopila community forest, Lamkichuha-3, Kailali have padlocked the office of community forest for an indefinite period accusing the board members or carrying out work even though their tenure is over. Struggle committee coordinator Rang Prasad Upadhyaya said they will padlock the office for an indefinite period if the board does not show audit reports and call for AGM.
