Madhyapur Thimi Municipality-1 Lokanthali Bhaktapur based Siddhartha Fuel Center has been fined rupees two lakhs after finding that the pump had been mixing water in diesel. A joint team from Commerce, Supplies and Consumer Protection Department, Nepal Oil Corporation and Quality and Measurement Department monitored and shut down the pump on April 30 after consumers complained that the pump had been mixing water in diesel it was selling.
