Devi Lama (36) of Chautara Sagachokgadi Municipality-1 was admitted at Chautara Hospital because of her husband’s Ashish Lama (40) brutal beating on 13 May.
She was rescued by her neighbours during this torture by her husband. The victim was treated with the help of District Police Office, informed DSP Madhav Prasad Kafle.
After her treatment, a complaint will be filed against the accused. At present, he is under custody for further investigation of the incidence.
