Dhan Bahadur Kusari (32), member of Aathbiskot Municipality- 10 and Gangaram Chandra (43), chairperson of the same ward were beaten on 17 May 2020.
People involved in this are- Lalit Chand of Aathbiskot Municipality- 9 and Chiranjivi Kusari of Aathbiskot Municipality- 10. They were beaten for using governmental motorbike without purpose, during the lockdown.
The complaint was filed in the evening by Chairperson Chanara, who is slightly injured by the incident. The men involved in the incident have absconded and their search is on-going, informed DSP Thak Bahadur K.C.
The municipality has published a statement regarding their concern about the incidence.
