Police on May 16 arrested 18-year-old Saroj Bhandari of Tulsipur Sub-metropolitan City-7 on the charge of raping an 8-year-old girl on May 14. Police arrested him on the basis of a complaint lodged by the victim's family on May 16 at Area Police Office.
