The contract employee and daily wage workers employed by the Bindabasini Rural Municipality since July 17 of 2019 padlocked the office of the rural municipality demanding the salary for the last 11 months. Office assistants, social mobilizers and animal technicians working in the rural municipality and its ward offices padlocked the office claiming that they are finding it difficult to sustain themselves without their earned salary amidst the coronavirus pandemic.
