Stating that they have not been able to eat and drink for two days, the residents of the quarantine set up by Bhairavi Rural Municipality have picketed the rural municipality.
Raj Kumar Khatri, who lives in the quarantine, said that they had to picket the rural municipality because they were not provided with food and a decent place to live in the quarantine.
