Police arrested Rajkumar Sahani (26) of Sarawal Municipality-4,  Nawalparasi West, on the charge of raping a 4-year-old child. Sahani allegedly raped the girl on Sunday afternoon when her mother was outside taking a bath. According to the victim’s mother, Sahani had absconded after the incident. The victim’s side lodged a complaint at the police station after the incident. The child was taken to Prithvi Chandra Hospital for medical examination. According to the District Police Office, further investigation is underway.
