Police have filed a complaint against four men on 2 June 2020 in accusation of sexually abusing two girls of age 11 years and 13 years.

The victims were abused on 18 May 2020, informed the District Police Office. The accused are the proprietor of Chitralekha Studio Baiju Prajapati (25), Bablu Sheikh (24), Badal Jaiswal (26) and Manish Mishra (23), informed SP Ganga Panta.

The accused were arrested from Birgunj Metropolitan-10 Adarshanagar on 18 May 2020. At first, police had filed a case of public crime against them on 19 May and started an investigation. The investigation proved them to be guilty of sexual abuse after which a legal case with three year’s jail sentence was filed against them, informed SP Panta.

The victim duo is kept in a child-friendly room under police protection. According to SP Panta, this case took a little time to be solved since the rumours regarding the case were not true and the victims needed time to open up.
