Locals have protested against the construction of quarantine by Pakhribas Municipality of Dhankuta. The dispute started after the municipality decided to set-up a quarantine to keep people from outside the district and abroad in the Natural Resource Management College under the Agriculture and Forest University in Pakhribash Municipality-3. Locals allege that the municipality is forcibly keeping quarantine in the agriculture campus without coordinating with the locals.
