Man arrested on charge of raping teen in Kapilbastu

Police have arrested Ashok Chaudhary (24) of Shiva Raj Municipality-9 on 3 June 2020 in accusation of raping a 17-year-old girl.
The victim was raped on 22 May 2020 and the complaint was filed on 3 June 2020 at the ward police office. The accused has been arrested for further investigation, informed Inspector Dipesh Kharel.
The victim’s health checkup was conducted on 2 June at the Shivaraj Hospital, Bahadurganj.
