Some locals have picketed Area Police Office Chaumala in Kailali demanding the release of the son of chairperson of Gauriganga Municipality Ward 3 Nara Bahadur Shah. Police had arrested Shah's son on the charge of beating four locals over holding returnees from Mumbai, India at quarantine. DSP Gyan Bahadur Bista of Area Police Office Malakheti said that police are holding a meeting with both parties to resolve the situation.
