Police have arrested Ramdev Yadav (40) of Nawarajpur Rural Municipality-3, Siraha on June 3 on the charge of raping a 40-year-old woman. The victim had lodged a complaint of rape on June 5 at Area Police Office, Maheshpur Patari against Yadav. Police arrested the accused on the basis of a verbal complaint filed against him earlier. The victim underwent a medical examination at District Hospital,  Siraha on June 5.
