Man arrested on charge of marital rape in Dang

Police have arrested 38-year-old husband in accusation of raping his 34-year-old wife on 5 June 2020, this is the case of marital rape.
The victim was raped on 3 June 2020. She has also accused her husband of alcoholism and injuries in her sensitive organs. The complaint was filed at the District Police Office on 5 June 2020. The accused was arrested immediately after the complaint was filed, informed DSP Sumit Khadka.
The victim’s health checkup was conducted at Rapti Health Science Academy on 5 June 2020.
