The entrepreneurs in Biratnagar picketed the Inland Revenue Department in Biratnagar claiming that they could not pay the taxes by June 21, the deadline set by the government. Before picketing the office, they marched around the city with placards that echoed their inability to pay the taxes since they have not had a usual business because of the lockdown.
