Complaint filed against rape accused man in Kapilbastu

A complaint was filed against Ashok Kurmi (23) of Shivaraj Municipality-10 on 6 June 2020 in accusation of raping a 19-year-old.
The victim was raped on 30 May 2020. On the basis of the complaint a case has been filed against the accused for further investigation, informed Inspector Dipesh Kharel of Ward Police Office.
Health checkup of the victim was conducted on 6 June at Shivarah Hospital, Bahadurganj.
