Nep Bahadur Thapa, the Ward chairperson of Runtigadi Rural Municipality-9, assaulted Guru Prasad Thapa, a local daily wage worker of the same ward affected by the lockdown with a sharp weapon. Chairperson Thapa also punched Man Singh Thapa, who along with Guru Prasad Thapa, had approached the ward chairperson demanding relief package. Neighbour Guwata Thapa injured herself when she went to rescue Guru and Man Singh from harm.
