Locals of Dhangadhi Municipality- 2, Kailali protested against the use of low-quality bricks in drain construction. Kul Rawat, a local youth said those who speak against the use of low-grade bricks were manhandled. Chairman of the consumers' Committee Surya Kami, on the other hand, claimed that low-quality bricks were not used in the construction.
