A few locals of Lumbini Sanskritik Municipality-6, Parsa Village protested in an unique way to show their dissatisfaction over inaction of the consumer committee to gravel the road. The locals planted the paddy in the muddy road, for the upgrade of which the municipality has allocated 1.5 million Nepali Ruppes. However, no concrete work has yet been done to upgrade the road.
