Cadres of ANNFSU and NSU Students unions of Birtamod, Jhapa have padlocked more than dozens of boarding schools which had taken monthly fees of lockdown period from students.
They also warned to take strict action against the schools which charge fee when the class is not conducted.
Despite the government’s decision not to charge for the lockdown period, parents are also protesting after the private school started charging of monthly fees.
