On Sunday Shirish Gurung a resident of Lakeside, Pokhara staged a sit-in protest all alone carrying banners in BP Chowk and sometime in-front of the District Administration Office Kaski. Today is her 21st day of continuous sit-in demanding the mandatory use of PCR instead RDT test for COVID-19 . She argues that even though the government has spent Rs 10 billion, direct impact on people's health is not visible. She made it clear that she is not influenced by any political party and believes that these problems can be solved in the future if everyone could invest their time in Nation's Interest.
