Civil Servants agitated, affix demand letters on their chests in protest

On Sunday,  July 5, as per the instructions of the official Trade Union of Civil Servants,  Dhanusha, employees have started protesting against the formation, operation and conditions of Service of the federal Civil Service bill passed by the Good Governance Committee of the parliament by affixing their demand letters on their chests.

ILO Convention 87 and UN charter mentions that every labour have the right to be a member of the Trade Union of their choice which have also guaranteed by the Constitution.

Civil Servants demanded for the amendment of the legislation because it was passed by the State management and Good Governance Committee against the interest of Civil Servants.
