Teachers have been agitated, saying that private schools of Kailali have not given them their salaries. Teachers have been agitating saying that they have not got their salaries for six months.
Shivraj Joshi, President of the Institutional School Teachers' Union Kailali, said that under the first phase of the nationwide protest program a demonstration was also staged in Dhangadhi today.
He said that even though the schools were closed because of the Corona effect; they did not even get the salary of the months before the lockdown.
The Institutional School Teachers' Union Kailali stated that though they have started with a peaceful demonstration, they will start an additional agitation program if the demands are not addressed.
