Youths of Musahar slum of Khadak Municipality Ward- 8 of Saptari, have been beaten by a group of non-Dalits. 

A dispute erupted after a group of non-Dalits on a motorcycle entered the settlement at 10 pm on Friday and started teasing Musahar girls. Those non-Dalits youths have beaten Ganga Sada, Surji Devi Sada, Rakesh Sada and Buchi Devi Sada when they confronted the group which had been teasing Musahar girls for some time.

It is alleged that Koshil Chaudhary, Rakesh Chaudhary, Prakash Chaudhary, Pradip Chaudhary, Dinesh Chaudhary and others beat them with iron rods and chains.

The injured are undergoing treatment at Indreni Clinic in Kharchuhiya Bazaar.
