Police have arrested Rakesh Kumar Chaudhary, a-22-year-old man from Shambhunath Municipality-6 on July 6 on charges of sexually abusing a 29-year-old woman. The victim had complained to the Area Police Office, Kalyanpur on July 5 alleging that the accused sexually abused her by assaulting her sensitive organs after the consumption of alcohol. Seeing the sexual abuse, the victim's father-in-law and brother-in-law have even beaten the accused Chaudhary on July 3.
