Complaint lodged against accused of rape in Rajbiraj (translated by sujata)

The District Police Office registered a complaint against 28-year-old Roshan Mandal Khang Khatwe of Kharsal Tol, Rajbiraj Municipality-6 on July 12 accused of raping a 21-year-old girl. The accused had raped threatening to kill her on March 1 and her parents if she filed a complaint as stated by the victim on July 10. Inspector Baburam Karki of the District Police Office said that the accused has not been arrested so far as he ran away from the house.
