Police arrested 13 people of Likhu Municipality, Okhaldhunga on July 14 on the charge of vandalizing the rural municipality office and assaulting the employees.

Police arrested 20-year-old Bishwas Khatri and Raju Karki,  21-year-old Deepraj Khadka, 22-year-old Nirmala Thapa, Deepak Thapa, and Dipendra Khadka, 24-year-old Laxman Karki, 27-year old Paras Khadka, Arun Karki and Nil Bahadur Karki, 30-year-old Dal Bahadur Thapa, 31-year-old Deepak Karki, and 32-year-old Bharti Magar. They were resentful towards the rural municipality and demanded the responsibility of the death of an ambulance driver during an accident on June 25 due to poor road conditions be borne by the Rural Municipality Chairman Govinda Poudel.
