Police arrested 24-year-old Kapil Gurung, 22-year-old Yogesh Thakali, 19-year-old Pukar Gurung, and 18-year-old Sushil Gurung of Annapurna Rural Municipality-3 on the charge of raping a teenager in Pokhara. According to Subhash Hamal, spokesperson of the District Police Office, Kaski, a case has been registered against them under the Chapter of 'Abduction and hostage-taking' of the Muluki Criminal Code. Police said that they had taken the girl in a car bearing number plate GA 1 CHA 7745 from near Sahara Hospital at around 6:30 am on July 14, Tuesday and raped her in a hotel of Lakeside.
